Beggan - USA Beggans

I was very surprised, when I began looking into my immigrant ancestors to USA, to find that MANY people from Roslea, in particular, seemed to head for areas in Rhode Island. My Beggans were no exception as they headed there too. I have recently made contact with a relation of mine and am thrilled that he has been able to help me a great deal with tracing what happened to the family once there, while I have been able to give him information about the family left in Ireland.

These marriages, in Providence, Rhode Island, were kindly given to me by Ron Beagan, a cousin of my own. They relate mainly to Beagan ancestors of ours but there are also some other Beagan related marriages that may not be our Beagans
