This is Mary Ellen Donnellan (nee Beggan). She is the middle of the three women. On her left is her sister Sarah and right is her daughter Mary Ellen "Minnie" Donnellan. The little girl is my aunt Sarah "Sadie" McConville. |

This is a photo of the grave of Old John Beggan (in St. Tierney's Graveyard, Roslea). I took the photo in 2000 and the gravestone, I am told, has since been replaced with a newer one and with different family names. Also on this old gravestone, are John's wife, Susan Lynch and his daughters, Sarah Jane (pictured above and far left) and Margaret (pictured top left). |
