Mark was born on 4th April 1924.  The first child of Susan (nee Beggan) and Mark McConville Senior.  He came to work in England in the mid to late 1950s, where he met and married Joan smart.  They had a daughter, Susan McConville but, unfortunately, the marriage did not last and they divorced  some time in the 1960s. Mark came to live in Shillington Street, in Battersea, London (Shillington street is no longer there but it would have been at one end of Este Road). He then lived in Victoria Rise, Battersea, until around 1975, when he moved back to Annashanco, Roslea to live with his mother, following the death of his brother, Joseph (Eddie). He lived there till around 1987, when he moved to a house on the Springrove Lane, Roslea. It was there that he died of a heart attack on 6th May 1988 (aged 64 years).
